Forest Hill House Nursing Home has been operated by the family owners since 1988. Set in the south coast village of Corfe Mullen, Forest Hill House has been part of local history since WW2 when the private residence was transformed into a school for evacuated young girls. This school eventually migrated over to Upton and became what is known today as Yarrell's Preparatory School.
With an oustanding reputation for care in the local community, Forest Hill House Nursing Home is run by the Manager Andy Chamberlain, Deputy Jan Angell and a team of dedicated staff with a number of relevant health care qualifications. The home has also gained Gold Standards Framework accreditation (GSF), 'Beacon' status, for by implementing improved coordination and better organisation to deliver better outcomes in line with their needs and preferences for people nearing end of life care.
