Forest Hill House Nursing Home has been operated by the family owners since 1988. Set in the south coast village of Corfe Mullen, near Wimborne, Forest Hill House has been part of local history since WW2 when the private residence was transformed into a school for evacuated young girls. This school eventually migrated over to Upton and became what is known today as Yarrell’s Preparatory School.
With an outstanding reputation for care in the local community, Forest Hill House Nursing Home is run by the Manager Jules Dove, and a team of dedicated staff with a number of relevant health care qualifications. The home has also gained Gold Standards Framework accreditation (GSF), ‘Beacon’ status, for implementing improved coordination and better organisation to deliver better outcomes in line with the needs and preferences of people nearing end of life care.
Forest Hill House Nursing Home is part of Royal Bay Care Homes Ltd. The Group is based in West Sussex and owns a number of Care Homes in Sussex, Dorset, Northamptonshire and Worcestershire. Royal Bay is an expanding group committed to the highest standards of care. It has been operating as a group for some 10 years, and its management team has experience in the care sector since 1976.
