Job: Health Care Assistant (HCA)
Details: Previous experience and relevant qualifications preferable but not necessarily required. Job: Chef/Cook
Details: Previous experience and relevant qualifications are required. Duties include overall management of the Home’s catering needs, providing nutritional food for all residents. Also overall responsibility for food and hygiene standards, healthy and safety requirements, food preparation, cleaning, ordering, stock management and adhering to all relevant standards and regulations by ensuring documentation, policies, procedures and protocol. Job: Kitchen Assistant Details: Previously experience preferable but not necessarily required. We require some one to help with the day to day running of our kitchen. Reporting to the Chef and Home Manager, duties would include supporting the Chef in maintaining all hygiene, healthy and safety requirements, basic food preparation, washing up, surface cleaning, deep cleaning as well as handling deliveries and organising stock.
Job: Domestic
Details: Duties include general cleaning responsibilities, adhering to all hygiene and cross infection standards, maintaining a safe environment and general support of care staff. Previous experience and relevant qualifications preferable but not necessarily required.
