The entertainment involved a variety of airplanes in action as well as a thrilling wing walking performance which, unsurprisingly, was a role none of our residents were keen to volunteer for!

Today at Forest Hill House Nursing Home in Corfe Mullen, we celebrated ‘National Afternoon Tea Day’! We had a lovely time enjoying the British tradition of Afternoon Tea with scones the Cornish way – warm scones spread with jam and topped with lashings of clotted cream.

Forest Hill House Celebrate National BBQ Week

We made the most of the gorgeous weather this week at our nursing home in Wimborne, as we got involved in supporting ‘National BBQ Week.’ National BBQ Week is a nationwide campaign now in its 23rd year, the campaign runs from 27th May – 2nd June 2019 and is the perfect start to the British BBQ season.

The 29th June 2018 saw the grand opening of the new Memorial Garden at our Forest Hill House Nursing Home, in Wimborne. Special guests for the ribbon cutting included local MP, Michael Tomlinson, and Corfe Mullen’s Rev. Peter Jones.
